About the role

Brain Station 23 is looking for a skilled and self-driven 𝗔𝗜/𝗠𝗟 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 to develop, deploy, and maintain production-ready AI solutions, with a strong focus on LLM-powered applications and machine learning. The ideal candidate should have solid software engineering foundations, strong Python and SQL proficiency.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy LLM-powered applications and machine learning solutions using Python and SQL.
Develop production-grade code, collaborate with team members, and debug and resolve live production issues.
Analyze complex datasets and prepare data-driven recommendations and executive-ready presentations for senior stakeholders and C-suite leadership.
Adapt quickly to new business domains, emerging AI tools, technologies, and industry practices.

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on professional software engineering experience.
Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
Proven experience developing LLM-powered projects and a solid understanding of core machine learning concepts.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills..
Willingness to maintain partial overlap with EST business hours, which may occasionally extend until approximately 2:00 AM–3:00 AM Bangladesh time.
